Metal Polisher
We are currently seeking an experienced Metal Polisher to join a specialist manufacturing business producing high-end products for prestigious projects across the globe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with a background in metal polishing, surface finishing, fabrication, sheet metal work, machining, engineering assembly, or a similar manufacturing environment. This is not an entry-level position and will suit someone who takes genuine pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
*Hand and machine polishing of metal components to a high standard
*Producing exceptional surface finishes in line with quality requirements
*Working with a variety of polishing equipment, hand tools and power tools
*Inspecting finished components to ensure they meet exacting specifications
*Supporting wider workshop, fabrication and manufacturing activities as required
*Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
*Consistently delivering high-quality workmanship on bespoke and batch-produced components
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in metal polishing, finishing, fabrication, machining, sheet metal or engineering manufacturing
*Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
*Ability to work from drawings, specifications and work instructions
*Experience using hand and power tools within a workshop environment
*A reliable and proactive approach to work
*Strong understanding of workshop health and safety practices
The Ideal Candidate
You will be a hands-on manufacturing professional who enjoys working with precision-engineered products and delivering exceptional finishes. You take pride in your workmanship, enjoy working as part of a team, and have a keen eye for detail.
