Hours: Full Time - 40 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Abingdon
Working HoursMonday - Friday
Role OverviewWe are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a stable, full-time position within a supportive and well-established organisation. Full training will be provided.
Working hours are 7am - 4pm Monday to Thursday then 7am - 12pm on Friday
Key Responsibilities*Assist with day-to-day production tasks
*Operate machinery and equipment safely
*Ensure high standards of quality and accuracy
*Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
*Maintain a clean and tidy working environment
What We’re Looking For*Good attention to detail
*Strong work ethic and reliability
*Ability to work well as part of a team
*Willingness to learn
*Previous production/manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential
Benefits (upon becoming permanent)*Uniform provided
*Pension scheme

*27 days annual leave + bank holidays
*Christmas shutdown
*Long-term sick scheme
*Enhanced sick pay (full pay for the first four incidents in a rolling year, not SSP)
