£12.71 per hour
Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Southend-on-Sea.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
The RoleAs a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties include:
*Operating and monitoring production machinery
*Carrying out quality checks on finished products
*Following production schedules and work instructions
*Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
*Reporting any machine faults or issues
*Assisting with general production duties as required
Requirements*Previous machine operating experience is essential
*Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
*Reliable with a strong work ethic
*Able to work independently and as part of a team

*Night shift working pattern (10pm - 6am)
