Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour
Contract: Ongoing
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance
We are currently seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber to join a busy property maintenance team delivering reactive and planned repairs across residential properties throughout Norwich and the surrounding areas.This is a long-term contract opportunity offering competitive rates, full-time hours, and a consistent workload.
Key Responsibilities:
*Carrying out domestic plumbing repairs and maintenance
*Diagnosing and resolving plumbing faults
*Repairs to bathrooms, kitchens, pipework, taps and sanitary ware
*Completing minor multi-trade works where required
*Ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
*Providing excellent customer service within occupied properties
Requirements:
*Relevant plumbing qualification or proven trade experience
*Previous experience within a maintenance environment
*Ability to undertake a range of basic multi-skilled repairs
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
