The OpportunityAn established and growing building services consultancy is looking for an experienced M&E Associate Engineer to join its London team.
This is a key appointment for the business and would suit an M&E Associate Engineer who is ready to take genuine ownership of projects, manage client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of an independent consultancy.

The RoleAs an M&E Associate Engineer, you’ll take responsibility for projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects, contractors and the wider engineering team.
The M&E Associate Engineer will provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary projects, helping to coordinate mechanical and electrical design while ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing M&E projects and technical deliverables
*Taking ownership of commercial and industrial/warehouse projects
*Managing client and stakeholder relationships
*Reviewing mechanical and electrical designs
*Coordinating multidisciplinary MEP solutions
*Leading design and project meetings
*Providing technical guidance to the wider team
*Supporting project programmes and delivery
*Contributing to business development and client growth
About YouThe ideal M&E Associate Engineer will have strong building services consultancy experience and a Mechanical or Electrical bias, alongside a broad understanding of both disciplines.
You’ll need experience managing projects and clients, reviewing M&E design and working autonomously. Commercial office and industrial/warehouse experience is particularly important.
