Salary: £16.00 per hour

Are you an experienced leader in the automotive or high-volume engineering/manufacturing sector? This dynamic Supervisor role offers a unique blend of hands-on responsibilities and leadership duties, perfect for someone looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. This role is based on-site at a prestigious location in Woking, where you will lead a team of Quality Inspectors and drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key duties and responsibilities:
- Writing and maintaining Work Instructions, SOPs, and Test Plans.
- Leading and supporting a team of 5-10 Quality Inspectors.
- Conducting Level Zero investigations and root cause analysis.
- Planning and coordinating inspection activities.
- Carrying out layered audits and process conformance checks.
- Driving corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensuring teams have the correct tools, PPE, and documentation.
- Supporting hands-on inspection activities where required.

Skills and experience:
- Proven leadership experience within the automotive or high-volume engineering/manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in writing work instructions and investigating quality issues.
- Experience in implementing corrective actions and conducting layered audits.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with multiple teams.
- Strong focus on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
