Description
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices and receipts.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
*Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as needed.
*Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
*Support month-end and year-end financial reporting tasks.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
*Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
*Assist in improving financial processes and systems.
Profile
A successful Finance Officer should have:
*Experience in accounting or finance, ideally in the not-for-profit sector.
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
*Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices.
