Group Tax ManagerOur client is looking for an experienced Group Tax Manager to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead tax reporting, compliance, and governance across a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities*Lead Group tax reporting, including current and deferred tax.
*Manage year-end tax reporting across UK, US, and international entities.
*Oversee transfer pricing and tax disclosures.
*Act as the key contact for external auditors.
*Manage UK corporate tax and US federal/state tax compliance.
*Support international tax compliance and indirect taxes (VAT/sales tax).
*Monitor tax legislation changes and manage R&D tax claims.
*Improve tax controls, processes, and reporting efficiency.
*Support finance projects, systems improvements, and AI-driven initiatives.
About You*ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified.
*Strong corporate tax and tax accounting experience.
*Knowledge of UK tax, with US tax exposure highly desirable.
*Experience within a multi-entity international organisation.
*Strong Excel and finance systems skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines.
