The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Delivering engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
*Planning and preparing lessons in line with the national curriculum.
*Assessing, recording and reporting on student progress.
*Creating a positive classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
*Supporting students of varying abilities to reach their full potential.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leaders.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
*Experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
*Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics.
*Excellent classroom management skills.
*A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all students.
*The ability to inspire, motivate and engage learners.
