Middlewich | £32,500 | Monday to Friday
We’re recruiting for a customer-focused Account Manager to join a growing business in Middlewich. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, solving problems, and ensuring a first-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of client accounts.
Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries.
Building long-term customer relationships.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Preparing quotations, reports, and maintaining accurate records.
Handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
