Location: Commutable from Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas
Pay: From £12.70 per hour + overtime available
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:30am to 5:30pm
Contract: Temp to Perm opportunity
Please note: Due to the location of the site, your own transport is required as public transport options are limited.
The Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives for a growing food manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Working as part of a friendly team, you will help ensure products are prepared, packed and dispatched to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Packing and labelling food products accurately
*Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process
*Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
*Operating production equipment following training
*Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
*Working towards daily production targets
*Supporting colleagues to ensure smooth production runs
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience within food manufacturing, production or warehousing would be advantageous
*Reliable with a strong work ethic
*Good attention to detail
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
*Able to stand for long periods and carry out manual duties
*Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
