The Opportunity
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of residential developments, ensuring clients receive a professional, responsive, and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a portfolio of residential developments, delivering a consistently high standard of client service.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, residents, committees, and stakeholders.
*Act as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries and respond within agreed service standards.
*Take ownership of day-to-day issues and coordinate resolutions with internal departments and external contractors.
*Ensure clients are regularly updated on ongoing matters and service-related activities.
*Conduct regular site visits, property inspections, and client meetings.
*Manage and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
*Work closely with operational and finance teams to ensure developments are managed effectively.
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a collaborative team environment.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and procedures.

Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
*Proven experience delivering excellent customer service.
*Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
*Experience working collaboratively across multiple teams or departments.
*Effective problem-solving and complaint resolution abilities.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
*An understanding of property management, housing, facilities management, or a related sector would be advantageous.
*Knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance requirements within the property sector would be beneficial.
*A full UK driving licence is preferred.
