Job Description:
Full job descriptionA well-known Bath employer is seeking a Finance Assistant to support a busy finance function during a key operational period.
If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant, are immediately available or coming to the end of your current assignment, then this could be a fantastic opportunity for you.
8-12 week interim assignment based in Bath centre (local to Bath Spa Station).
Responsibilities:
*Processing purchase and sales ledger transactions
*Bank and balance sheet reconciliations
*Assisting with month-end processes
*Managing finance inbox queries
*Processing employee expenses
*Supporting reporting and finance administration
Suitable backgrounds:
*Previous Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or Assistant Accountant experience
*Exposure to both purchase and sales ledger
*Experience supporting month-end activities
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Comfortable working across multiple finance functions
*AAT studying or qualified candidates encouraged to apply
