Reed Business Support are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator on behalf of our valued client. This Supply Chain Coordinator opportunity is ideal for an individual who is confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment. As the appointed Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers through to customers while maintaining excellent service levels.
About the Role:• Coordinating daily supply chain activities, including purchasing, stock management and logistics administration
• Liaising with suppliers, freight providers and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery of goods
• Monitoring inventory levels and raising purchase orders as required
• Tracking shipments and resolving any supply chain or delivery issues efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records, reports and supply chain documentation
• Supporting demand planning and forecasting activities
• Analysing supply chain data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Delivering exceptional service and demonstrating a professional approach at all times
About You:• Previous experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Planning or Coordination role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
• Confident using Microsoft Excel, ERP systems and supply chain software
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities
• A proactive and collaborative approach to work
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment
