Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support learning across a secondary school? We are seeking a proactive and organised School Technician to join a welcoming secondary school in Slough.
This varied role will involve providing technical and practical support across the Science, Art, and Design Technology (DT) departments, helping to prepare materials, maintain equipment, and ensure lessons run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
*Preparing resources and equipment for Science, Art, and DT lessons
*Supporting teachers with practical activities and demonstrations
*Maintaining and organising departmental equipment and materials
*Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
*Assisting with stock control and ordering supplies where required
The Ideal Candidate:
*Organised, reliable, and able to manage a varied workload
*Practical and hands-on approach to work
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Experience working in a school environment is desirable but not essential
