Our client is looking for an experienced QSEC Manager to lead Quality, Safety, Environmental and Compliance activities across the business. This is a key leadership role responsible for maintaining ISO standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a positive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and develop ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
*Lead internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and corrective actions.
*Oversee incident investigations, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.
*Act as the company’s competent Health & Safety advisor.
*Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), document control, and governance processes.
*Drive environmental, CSR, Social Value, and sustainability initiatives.
*Manage technical training, competency frameworks, and compliance programmes.
*Produce QSEC performance reports for senior leadership.
*Lead and develop the Compliance Manager.
About You
*Proven experience in a QSEC, SHEQ, HSEQ or QHSE management role.
*NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum).
*Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ideally ISO 14001.
*Excellent understanding of UK Health & Safety and Environmental legislation.
*Experience managing audits, compliance frameworks, and document control systems.
*Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
