Role Overview This is a hybrid Executive Assistant position supporting senior leadership, requiring a highly organised, proactive individual who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements Essential experience includes:
*Executive Assistant support at Director, Executive Team or Board level
*Extensive diary and inbox management
*Organising and coordinating meetings, committees and governance activities
*Producing high-quality Board, Committee and Meeting minutes
*Preparing agendas, papers and presentations
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
*High levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
*Excellent written communication and attention to detail
*Resilient, proactive and tenacious approach
