Description
*Lead tax due diligence, transaction structuring and advisory engagements across a range of deal types.
*Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to deadlines.
*Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing commercially focused tax advice throughout the deal lifecycle.
*Support private equity investors, management teams and corporate clients on acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
*Review the work of junior team members and provide coaching and technical guidance.
*Identify additional opportunities to support clients and contribute to business development activities.
*Work closely with senior stakeholders on larger and more complex transactions.
*Contribute to the ongoing development of processes, methodologies and service delivery.


Profile
*ACA, ACCA or CTA qualified.
*Strong transaction tax experience gained within a professional services or advisory environment.
*Excellent understanding of UK corporate tax and transaction-related tax matters.
*Proven experience leading due diligence and tax advisory projects.
*Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple workstreams.
*Commercially minded with excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
*Comfortable reviewing work, mentoring junior staff and supporting team development.
*Proactive, solutions-focused and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced deal environment.
*Interest in technology, innovation and driving continuous improvement.


Job Offer
*£65,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits, depending on experience.
