Known for delivering exceptional service, they are investing in the growth of their customer support function and are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and collaborative team.
The RoleAs a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving enquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a genuine impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities• Managing inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Providing accurate information regarding products and services
• Processing customer orders and updating internal systems
• Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintaining accurate customer records and correspondence
• Escalating complex queries where appropriate
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
Skills & Experience Required• Previous customer service experience within an office-based environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
