The RoleThe Administrator will provide vital administrative support across multiple departments, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and maintaining high levels of accuracy. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, supporting key business processes and helping to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities• Managing and maintaining company records, documents and databases
• Processing customer and supplier documentation accurately
• Preparing reports, correspondence and meeting documentation
• Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to enquiries promptly
• Scheduling meetings, appointments and team activities
• Updating internal systems and ensuring data accuracy
• Supporting senior management with administrative tasks
• Assisting with departmental projects and process improvements
Skills & Experience Required• Previous administration experience within an office environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
