Motor Vehicle Lecturer (Level 1 & 2 Autocare) York Full-Time Immediate Start
We are seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 Autocare programmes at a college in York.
The Role
*Full-time position
*24 teaching hours per week
*Delivering practical and theory-based motor vehicle lessons
*Supporting learners to achieve vocational qualifications
*Maintaining a safe and engaging workshop environment
Requirements
*Teaching qualification (minimum Level 3)
*Motor vehicle industry experience, ideally within a maintenance, repair, or domestic garage setting
*Experience working with Level 1 and/or Level 2 Autocare learners is desirable
*Passion for developing the next generation of motor vehicle technicians
All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
Reed Further Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment by completing mandatory training within 6 weeks of your first assignment and annually thereafter.
