Are you a qualified or part-qualified accountant looking for a varied role where you can influence financial performance and support strategic decision-making?An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join a well-established, multi-site organisation. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial management, accurate reporting and effective financial control across the business.

Your new role
This is a hands-on position combining financial reporting, forecasting, controls and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for producing management information, supporting budgeting processes, overseeing transactional finance activities and helping drive continuous improvement across finance operations.
Key responsibilities include:
*Producing monthly management accounts and financial forecasts
*Preparing cash flow reporting and supporting treasury activities
*Managing balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls
*Supporting annual budgeting and year-end processes
*Coordinating VAT, audit and compliance requirements
*Assisting payroll and pension-related activities
*Leading and developing members of the finance team
*Driving improvements to finance systems, processes and reporting
What you’ll need to succeed
The organisation is looking for someone (qualified or part-qualified ACMA, ACCA) who can combine strong technical accounting skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
You will ideally have:
*Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports working in a multi-site environment
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and financial controls
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Previous experience supporting or managing a finance team
*A commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement
