We’re recruiting a Lead Electrical Engineer for a growing engineering manufacturer where you’ll take ownership of electrical design, mentor a team of engineers and drive the development of specialist power systems.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading electrical design projects from concept through to manufacture
*Managing and mentoring a team of engineers
*Reviewing schematics, calculations and technical documentation
*Driving innovation, standardisation and continuous improvement
*Working closely with mechanical, controls and manufacturing teams
What we’re looking for:
*Strong background in electrical design and power systems
*Experience leading projects or engineering teams
*Knowledge of 3-phase power, protection systems and electrical standards
*Experience with EPLAN, AutoCAD Electrical or similar CAD packages
*Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Electrical Engineer looking to step up, or an existing Lead Engineer seeking a new challenge within a specialist engineering environment.
