Horndean | £13.50 per hour | Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-1:30pm | Temp to Perm
Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Factory Operative to join their busy manufacturing team in Horndean.
We’re looking for someone with a production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or machine operating background. Experience using power tools or machinery is essential, and full training will be provided.
What you’ll be doing:
*Manufacturing high-quality products
*Operating machinery and using hand and power tools
*Packing and labelling finished products accurately
*Picking and packing orders
*Following health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
*Maintaining high housekeeping and quality standards
*Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
Factory, production, or manufacturing experience
Experience using machinery and/or power tools
Good attention to detail
Reliable, hands-on, and keen to learn
Local to Horndean or able to travel easily (direct bus route available)
