We are seeking an experienced Identity Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering enterprise-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions within a complex, global environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad identity landscape, driving strategic architecture, governance, resilience, and modernisation initiatives.
KeyResponsibilities
*Defineanddeliveridentityarchitecturealignedtobusinessandsecuritystrategy.
*LeadthedesignofenterpriseIAMsolutionsacrossEntraID,PAM,IGA,ZeroTrust,HybridIdentity,andIdentityResilience.
*ProduceandmaintainarchitectureartefactsincludingHLDs,LLDs,standards,roadmaps,andreferencearchitectures.
*Providetechnicalleadershipandguidancetoengineering,security,andcloudteamsoncomplexidentityinitiatives.
Essential Experience
*Significant experience working as an Identity Architect within large enterprise environments.
*Strong expertise across:*Microsoft Entra ID
*Azure
*Hybrid Identity
*Federation
*Authentication and Authorisation
*Experience delivering enterprise-scale IAM solutions and transformation programmes.
*Experience working in the Insurance or Banking Sector
