Hays are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-end office fit out project in Uttoxeter.
This project involves the refurbishment of a prestigious wealth management company’s headquarters. The rip out phase has already been completed, and the successful candidate will take responsibility for managing the fit-out works through to completion.
Duties:
*Managing subcontractors on site
*Coordinating daily site activities
*Ensuring health & safety compliance
*Monitoring progress and maintaining project standards
*Reporting on site performance and programme delivery
Project Details:
*High-end office fit out
*Workplace design and space planning environment
*Live and occupied working environment
*Straightforward, well-organised project
*Immediate start available from 1st September
Requirements:
*SMSTS
*First Aid at Work
*CSCS Card
*Previous fit out experience
*Strong subcontractor management skills
