Are you an organised and customer-focused administrator looking for a part-time opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly team based in Chesterfield. This is initially a temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience at every stage. You will play a key role in coordinating appointments and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Scheduling appointments and organising customer visits
*Contacting customers by telephone and email to arrange suitable appointment times
*Managing diaries and coordinating schedules effectively
*Liaising with internal teams to ensure appointments are booked efficiently
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
*Experienced in administration and customer service
*Confident speaking with customers over the phone
*Well organised with strong attention to detail
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
