Do you have the skills, patience, and resilience to support young people in overcoming barriers to learning?
We are looking for dedicated Behaviour Mentors to work within a supportive secondary school in Haringey, helping students develop positive attitudes towards education and achieve personal success.
The Role
*Provide targeted support for students with behavioural, social, or emotional needs.
*Build trusted relationships with students to encourage engagement and progress.
*Support the school’s behaviour and inclusion strategies.
*Deliver interventions focused on attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing.
*Work closely with pastoral teams, teachers, and families.
The Ideal Candidate
*Experience working with young people in schools, youth services, sports coaching, or mentoring.
*Strong behaviour management skills.
*Calm and positive approach to challenging situations.
*Ability to inspire and motivate students.
*Passion for supporting vulnerable learners.
