The Role
*Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of classroom teachers.
*Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
*Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
*Support students to remain engaged and achieve their learning objectives.
*Build positive relationships with students and staff.
What We’re Looking For
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*Confidence working with young people aged 11-16.
*Ability to lead a classroom independently.
*Professional, flexible, and reliable approach.
*Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
