Robert Half are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Clerk to join a fast-growing business in Halifax. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking for an immediate start within a busy and supportive office environment.
This is a fully office-based role, and due to location and accessibility, candidates must have access to their own transport.
Key responsibilities may include:
*Processing purchase and sales ledger invoices
*Bank reconciliations
*Assisting with payment allocations
*Supporting month-end finance processes
*Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
*Handling general accounts administration duties
Key requirements:
*Previous experience in an Accounts Clerk or similar finance support role
*Strong Excel skills, including confidence using formulas and spreadsheets
*High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
*Own transport is essential
*Available to start at short notice
