Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an ongoing contract upgrading UPVC doors and windows across dwellings and mid-rise flats in Stoke.
This is a minimum 12-month contract with a quick start available for the right person.
The Site Manager will get:
*£32 per hour
*Minimum 12 months’ work
*Company vehicle provided
*Quick start
*Long-term contract
*Mix of dwellings and mid-rise flats
What we’re looking for:
*Previous Site Manager experience within social housing is essential
*SMSTS required
*UPVC doors/windows experience advantageous
*Strong technical knowledge
*Good understanding of health & safety
*Ability to manage programmes and meet timeframes
*Confident dealing with clients, managers and operatives
*Experience managing direct trades and subcontractors
*Strong communication and organisational skills
As a Site Manager you’ll be responsible for overseeing the works on site, managing trades and subcontractors, keeping the programme on track and ensuring health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
