Full job descriptionAre you an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager looking for a new challenge?
Salary - £50-55k + Benefits
Location - Wolverhampton - Hybrid/ flexible working
Reporting into the Head of HR, as Talent Acquisition Manager you will lead, coach and develop a small Talent Acquisition team. Working closely with the Head of HR the role will be looking at reviewing and updating recruitment processes and approach, for a better candidate experience.
As Talent Acquisition Manager you will help support the roll-out and embedding of the new ATS, and associated systems and processes. You will develop and enhance the EVP, helping to promote the organisation as an "Employer of Choice".
As an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager having worked within the Care sector you will be able to demonstrate managing and developing both a TA team and recruitment processes.
