Full job descriptionThe Job
An Accountant will be hired for a 6 month period initially. This is a part time role 25-30 hours per week to work remotely. Candidates must be North East based and be able to attend occasional meetings in the local office.
Key Areas:
*Support the Finance Team lead with day to day accounting and financial administration
*Review invoices, prepare payments and complete reconciliations
*Liaise with stakeholders to track expenditure and project costs
*Support budget monitoring and budget v actual reporting
*Cashflow monitoring
*Liaise with external accountants
*Invoice review and payment reconciliation
*Budget monitoring and forecasting

A UK entity providing services to private clients
About You
*You will likely be a Qualified Accountant ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
*Qualified by Experience candidates will be considered with relevant experience
*Have up to 10 years of experience in a mid level finance position
*Able to work independently
*Confident with managing payments and banking processes
*Able to build relationships with all stakeholders both finance and non finance
*Have confidentiality and discretion
