Salary: Up to 32,000 DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm


HRGO Recruitment are recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join an established technical engineering business in Winsford.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in technical sales. You’ll initially focus on customer service, inbound enquiries, quotations and sales support, whilst developing your technical product knowledge.


The Role:
*Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
*Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities
*Building strong customer relationships
*Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
*Processing sales and purchase orders
*Maintaining accurate CRM records
*Managing pricing, stock codes and discounts
*Supporting customers with delivery and order queries
*Providing general support to the wider sales team


As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to progress into a Technical Sales position, advising customers on technical solutions and supporting the development of new business.


About you:
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Confident speaking with customers
*Organised, proactive and commercially minded
*Good IT/Microsoft Office skills
*Keen to develop a career in technical sales
*Holds a full UK driving licence


Previous sales or customer service experience would be beneficial. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career in technical sales.
