An established and highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an Insolvency & Corporate Recovery Solicitor to join its growing team in Oxford.
The Role
You will join a well-respected insolvency and restructuring team, advising a diverse client base including:
*Insolvency practitioners
*Individuals and stakeholders
*SMEs and owner-managed businesses
*National and international organisations


Your work will cover a broad range of contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, including:
*Corporate insolvency and restructuring
*Personal insolvency
*Litigation and dispute resolution
*Advisory and transactional work
The Candidate
You will ideally:
*Be a Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE
*Have experience in insolvency, restructuring or commercial litigation
*Have strong drafting and analytical skills
*Be commercially aware and client-focused
*Be keen to develop within a collaborative team
