A well-established North Yorkshire law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its successful Property team in Skipton.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Taking responsibility for an existing Commercial Property caseload
*Handling commercial acquisitions and disposals
*Acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leases
*Advising on option agreements and development-related matters
*Handling commercial property finance
*Working on agricultural property matters, including overage agreements
You Will Be
*A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE
*Experienced across a range of Commercial Property matters
*Confident managing their own caseload with a good level of autonomy
*Commercially minded with strong client-facing skills
*Keen to broaden their technical experience
*Ambitious and looking for genuine long-term career progression
