Private Client Tax Advisor
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Performance Bonus + Full CTA Support

Are you an ambitious private client specialist ready to move away from baseline compliance and step into a genuinely advisory-led, client-facing role? A premier, long-established London practice with over 100 years of heritage is appointing a Private Client Tax Advisor to join its growing Private Wealth division.
This position stands out for its high advisory concentration: routine compliance returns are delegated and overseen, leaving you free to focus on strategic tax planning, cross-tax advisory, and direct relationship management for HNW entrepreneurs, family businesses, and internationally mobile individuals.
Key Responsibilities
*Strategic Tax Planning: Deliver tailored advisory solutions across IHT, CGT, non-domiciled structuring, residency, and personal/corporate tax interactions.
*Portfolio Ownership: Serve as the primary trusted advisor for an entrepreneurial HNW client base, leading client meetings and identifying proactive planning opportunities.
*Compliance Oversight: Review and sign off on personal tax compliance prepared by junior team members rather than handling routine preparation.
*Cross-Disciplinary Projects: Collaborate closely with the Corporate Tax team on complex transactional matters, OMB restructures, and business exits.
*Practice Growth: Participate in business development initiatives, industry networking, and client acquisition (supported by lucrative bonus incentives).
About You
*Qualifications: CTA qualified, or CTA student (full tuition funding, exam fees, and paid study leave provided).
*Experience: Strong background in UK personal tax gained within practice, with exposure to HNWIs and owner-managed business structures.
*Skill Set: Confident, commercially minded, with excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to lead client meetings independently.
*Aspiration: Driven to step into a pure advisory role with structured support to accelerate your path toward Manager.
