Role: Family Solicitor
Location: Derby, Derbyshire
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Derby is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor at around 2-3 years’ PQE to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-established practice, with the opportunity to take responsibility for a varied caseload and build strong client relationships.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of family matters, with a particular focus on areas such as:
*Divorce and separation
*Financial matters
*Private children matters
*Cohabitation and pre-/post-nuptial agreements
*Domestic abuse matters
*Other general family work

You will manage your own caseload with appropriate support, while working as part of an experienced and collaborative team.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
*Be a qualified Solicitor with around 2-3 years’ PQE in Family Law
*Have experience managing a varied family caseload
*Be confident dealing directly with clients and able to build strong relationships
*Have excellent communication, organisational and drafting skills
*Be commercially aware and committed to delivering a high level of client service
*Be keen to develop their career within a supportive firm
