Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Manchester.
We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs and can provide high-quality support both inside and outside the classroom.


The role will involve:
*Supporting pupils with SEND across the primary age range

*Providing 1:1 and small-group support

*Helping pupils access the curriculum and develop their independence

*Supporting children with autism, ADHD and additional learning needs

*Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

*Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation

*Contributing to a positive and inclusive classroom environment



The ideal candidate will have:
*A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent

*Previous experience supporting children with SEND

*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

*A calm, patient and nurturing approach

*The ability to work effectively as part of a school team
