We’re looking for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. If you’re someone who thrives in a busy office environment, has a knack for communication, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering and handling incoming telephone enquiries with professionalism and care
*Liaising with Local Authorities, Private Customers, Contractors, and Tenants to book engineers and coordinate appointments
*Monitoring service schedules, tracking completions, and maintaining Local Authority spreadsheets
*Sending out service appointment notifications
*Processing Council Passback Lists
*Preparing and providing Legal Packs for Local Authorities
About You:
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Able to work independently and as part of a team
*Must Drive
