Full job descriptionA fantastic Pricing Manager opportunity to join a leading international law firm! This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders, providing commercial pricing support that drives profitability, strengthens pricing discipline and delivers competitive, client-focused fee arrangements.
Key Responsibilities as the Pricing Manager
*Lead and develop pricing proposals, rate negotiations and alternative fee arrangements (AFAs).
*Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial advice on new business opportunities and client engagements.
*Monitor matter and client profitability, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
*Support budgeting, matter scoping, resourcing and commercial decision-making.
*Work closely with Finance, Business Development and Operations teams to ensure pricing strategies are implemented effectively.
*Drive continuous improvement across pricing tools, processes and reporting.
About You
*Strong pricing, commercial finance or revenue management experience.
*Background within legal, professional services or another partnership environment preferred.
*Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
*Confident communicating with and influencing senior stakeholders.
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification desirable.
