A leading and growing commercial property team is looking for an ambitious 4+ PQE Commercial Property Associate to join its practice.

This is a great opportunity to work on high-value, complex commercial property matters, with significant client exposure and close Partner involvement.

You’ll work across:

*Commercial acquisitions & disposals
*Landlord & tenant
*Property finance
*Corporate support transactions
*Asset management
We’re looking for:

*4+ PQE Commercial Property experience
*Strong technical ability across core commercial property work
*Experience from a respected City, West End or leading regional firm
*Confidence managing your own caseload and client relationships
*A commercial, proactive approach and interest in business development
Experience acting for HNWIs, investors, developers, luxury retail or corporate clients would be advantageous.
