£13.52 per hour | Monday–Friday | Temporary Ongoing | Hybrid Opportunity
Are you an organised administrator who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy, varied environment?
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join the team at Royal Mail, one of the UK’s most recognised and long-standing organisations.
Based within the Fleet department, you’ll play an important role in keeping Royal Mail’s vehicle operations running efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop their skills within a large, well-established organisation.
What will you be doing?
No two days will necessarily be the same. Your responsibilities will include:
*Processing driving fines and charging zone administration
*Managing vehicle documentation and records
*Supporting vehicle ordering and vehicle sales
*Inputting and updating data across systems including Excel, Word and M5
*Checking, verifying and reconciling data to ensure accuracy
*Maintaining accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems
*Providing general administrative support across the Fleet department
*Handling telephone calls and responding to customer requests
*Producing invoices and resolving queries
*Monitoring and maintaining a shared inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident working with data, with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You’ll need:
*Previous administration experience – essential
*Excellent attention to detail
*Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office/Excel
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
*Good organisational and time-management skills
Previous Fleet Administration experience would be highly desirable but isn’t essential.
Working hours & pay
Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm
A degree of flexibility within these hours will be required.
£13.52 per hour
Temporary, ongoing assignment
The role is predominantly office-based, with 4 days per week in the office required. Following successful completion of your training period, you’ll have the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
