Full job descriptionLegal Secretary – Children & Families Public Law Department
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy Children & Families Public Law Department in Leamington Spa.
You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, handling client enquiries, diary management, court documentation, file compliance, hearing preparation, billing administration and general office support. This role would suit a highly organised individual with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail and a professional client-focused approach.
Key Requirements
*Strong administrative experience, ideally within a legal environment
*Excellent keyboard and IT skills, including Outlook and Word
*Experience with case management systems (P4W advantageous)
*Professional and confident communication skills
*Ability to work proactively, manage priorities and meet deadlines
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Commitment to confidentiality and excellent client care
*Flexible, team-focused approach
