As a Protection Advisor, you’ll work with existing customers whose mortgage deals are approaching expiry, giving you warm leads and the platform to focus on what you do best delivering excellent advice and maximising protection opportunities. This Protection Advisor role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and has a genuine passion for helping customers secure their financial futures.


Your responsibilities as a Protection Advisor will include:
- Speaking confidently with existing customers to identify opportunities to review and enhance their protection arrangements
- Providing expert protection advice tailored to individual customer needs
- Building strong, lasting relationships with clients
- Working towards or completing CeMAP 2 & 3 qualifications with full support

Protection Advisor Requirements
- Essential: Experienced protection adviser
- Essential: CeMAP 1 qualification
- Essential: Confident communicating with customers and identifying protection opportunities
- Essential: Excellent relationship-building skills
- Desirable: Previous experience within a mortgage environment
- Desirable: Currently studying towards, or willing to study for, CeMAP 2 & 3
