Full job descriptionAlexander Daniels are partnering with a well-established, growing business to recruit a Finance Manager (12 month FTC). Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll lead the day-to-day finance function, manage a team, and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, commercial insight, and operational support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:*Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts.
*Deliver financial analysis, reporting packs, and performance insights.
*Lead and develop a finance team across AP, AR, and management accounting.
*Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
*Oversee VAT, statutory reporting, and audit processes.
*Support budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
*Maintain robust financial controls and compliance across the business.
About You:*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Proven experience in a similar role.
*Strong background in management accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
*Experience managing and developing finance teams.
*Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
*Advanced Excel skills and experience using ERP/accounting systems.
