A highly regarded and long-established law firm is seeking an experienced Contentious Trusts & Probate Senior Associate or Partner to lead and grow its specialist team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Contentious Probate Solicitor to handle high-quality work while playing a key role in the strategic development of the practice.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage a varied caseload of contentious trusts, wills and probate disputes
*Advise trustees, executors, private individuals, charities and financial institutions
*Represent clients in negotiations, mediations and court proceedings
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients and professional referrers
*Lead business development and support team growth
You will have:
*Extensive experience in contentious trusts and probate matters
*Strong client relationship and business development skills
*Excellent communication and case management abilities
*STEP and/or ACTAPS qualifications (or working towards) desirable
