Full job descriptionSenior Property Manager Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of student rental properties and support the management of a busy student lettings operation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full tenancy lifecycle, maintaining strong landlord and student relationships, overseeing maintenance and compliance, and supporting the wider property management team.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a portfolio of student properties and tenancies.
*Oversee inspections, check-ins, renewals, check-outs and deposit matters.
*Manage landlord and student enquiries and resolve tenancy issues.
*Coordinate repairs, maintenance and contractors.
*Ensure properties meet relevant licensing, safety and compliance requirements.
*Monitor rent collection, arrears and property expenditure.
*Maintain strong relationships with landlords and key stakeholders.
*Support the annual student lettings cycle and maximise occupancy.
*Provide leadership and support to the property management team.
Requirements*Proven property management experience, ideally within student lettings.
*Strong knowledge of residential property legislation and compliance.
*Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
*Experience managing landlords, tenants and contractors.
*Previous team leadership experience is desirable.
*Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach.
