London | Hybrid | Competitive Base + Uncapped Commission
I’m working with an exciting, growing AdTech business that is looking for a Sales Director to help accelerate its UK growth.
This role is ideal for someone who loves opening doors, building senior agency relationships and winning new business.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Driving new business across agencies and advertisers
* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline
* Developing senior relationships across the UK media landscape
* Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
* Helping shape the UK commercial strategy as the business scales
What they’re looking for:
* 4+ years’ experience across AdTech, digital advertising, media or programmatic
* Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
* Strong new business experience
* An established agency/client network
* Confident selling complex digital advertising solutions
* Entrepreneurial, proactive and commercially driven
