Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client is a well-established organisation operating within a regulated manufacturing environment. They are looking for an experienced Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join their team, supporting quality processes, regulatory compliance and the ongoing development of their Quality Management System.
This is a varied role suited to someone with quality experience who enjoys taking ownership of documentation, audits, investigations and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities:
*Support the management and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring quality and regulatory standards are maintained
*Prepare, review and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality documentation, CAPAs and change controls
*Carry out internal and supplier audits, monitor compliance and produce reports to support continuous improvement
*Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained
*Manage quality-related enquiries, investigations and documentation, ensuring issues are resolved accurately and within required timescales
*Maintain accurate quality records, batch documentation and health & safety procedures
*Identify areas for improvement and support the development of more efficient quality processes
*Provide day-to-day quality and compliance support across the business
Quality & Compliance Coordinator Skills and Experience:
*Previous experience within Quality Assurance, Quality Compliance or a similar role within a regulated environment
*Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, quality standards and regulatory compliance
*Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs and quality documentation
*Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately
*Confident communicator who can build effective relationships across departments and with external suppliers
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
*Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
